Update: I’m a young mother, wife, and college graduate. I’m mostly a stay at home mom, but I run a small photography business on the side as well as writing one or two articles for the local newspaper every week. I write this blog for a couple of reasons: 1) I love to write. 2) It’s a great release, there is something so amazing about letting it all out on paper… O.K. so I don’t let it ALL out, but I do give a pretty good taste of what it’s like to be me.

I’m young, married, and pregnant. The next 6 months of my blog should be very interesting as I try to honestly document what it’s like to balance college, marriage, spirituality, family, pregnancy, and my physically demanding job as a housekeeper.

My dad thought of the title of my website. He loves to tell the story of when I was little, and he came home from work feeling discouraged. I apparently looked up at him, and told him, “Dad! You just gotta believe in yourself!” I was about four-years-old, and I hate that story! I’ve heard it way too many times. Still, it’s the inspiration for the site.

I’ve always believed that anyone can do anything. As long as they believe. Thus the title of my site. Amber may be… whatever she wants to be! I hope that everyone who reads this blog feels the same way. You can do it! It just takes hard work and a positive attitude.
