Dinner Poppers

Dinner Poppers

This is a variation of chicken roll-ups, a staple at our house. I got the original recipe from a college roommate and it calls for mushrooms rather than jalapenos. However you make it, it’s delicious!

Ingredients:

1 bottle/ or 2 cans/ or 2 breasts (shredded) chicken

2 canisters pre-made biscuits

1 package cream cheese

4 jalapenos chopped

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2.mix chicken, cream cheese, and chopped jalapenos in bowl

Chopped Jalapenos

3. take balls of mixture and place in biscuit dough

4. stretch dough around mixture to form balls

5. dip balls in vegetable oil and then roll in bread crumbs

6. Bake for 20 minutes

7. Make soup and use as gravy
